Tonight is a heavy drinking night for a lot of people. And I’m all for people having fun. Really I am.
But drunk driving is not ok. Two years and 7&1/2 months ago my life was flipped upside down and complete torn apart because of a drunk driver. When someone was so selfish that it cost my husband his life. Me my husband and my son his dad.
Do not be the person that does this to others. Don’t be the reason someone doesn’t make it home tonight. The reason someone has to live without their spouse/parent/child.
Be better then that. 2020 was a strange year. And I know everyone is ready for it to be over. So party away. But have a designated driver. Use an Uber. Something other than getting behind the wheel and killing someone.
Make a plan before you go out.
